At Triple Boxing, we emphasize not only the cardio-vascular aspects but, also, the Self-Defense of Kickboxing. This provides for a more complete learning experience as a martial art form and not just an aerobic workout form, usually taught at other mainstream clubs. Kickboxing classes at Triple Boxing are tailor-made to transform your body through challenging, fun-filled, fat-burning workouts by utilizing controlled punching and kicking movements derived from the arts of Thai-Boxing, Boxing, Karate and Tae-Kwon-Do. These classes are also designed to reduce and relieve stress without any physical contact with other practitioners...all in a non-intimidating, family-friendly environment.
Daily comprehensive Kickboxing classes are offered for teens and adults as part of group classes or on a more individualized one-on-one personal training basis. |
